The open plan living/kitchen diner provides every modern comfort and there is a pretty courtyard and spacious furnished terrace with fantastic panoramic views over Salcombe Estuary. Three bedrooms include a bunk on the 1st floor and two king-size bedrooms on the ground floor served by a family bathroom and a laundry. One parking permit provided for guests.
Salcombe has a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Don't miss the passenger ferry trips to East Portlemouth's beautiful sandy beaches for a memorable picnic.

Parking
One parking permit provided for guests for nearby car parks.
Depending on the time of year park in either Shadycombe car park (350 yards away) on Shadycombe road (if between Oct 1st - March 31st) or Creek car park (500 yards away) on Gould road (if between April 1st - Sept 30th).
Further parking available in nearby car parks (daily rates apply). Weekly parking is available in the park and ride car park at the top of town.
