This beautiful holiday cottage near Marazion, Cornwall sleeps five but is nestled in the rural village of Crowlas, away from all the crowds and tourists. It has been recently refurbished to retain charming cottage features, whilst adding the best mod cons and creature comforts. Outside there is a terraced garden with outdoor furniture, a fire bowl and a hot tub with lots of privacy. The beaches of Longrock and Marazion are only a few minutes drive away.
Elegantly furnished and thoughtfully equipped, the cottage offers two spacious upstairs bedrooms (one with a king size and one with twins) to provide sumptuous sleeping for four guests, with the addition of a pull-out single sofa bed in the living room providing extra space for a fifth. The cottage’s private garden is secluded and enclosed with a lush appearance derived from its array of established plants; and has a picnic bench that makes for a relaxing place to enjoy a morning coffee, evening drinks or outdoor dining.
Generously proportioned and open plan in layout, the ground floor incorporates a tasteful sitting room complete with traditional cast iron log burner, a roomy L-shaped sofa, a beanbag and a Smart TV. The dining area with its handmade hardwood table, chairs and bench seat is the perfect place for sharing meals, while the kitchen, which comes fully stocked with a range of cookware, utensils and appliances, makes whipping up home cooked creations a breeze.

This lovely room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area and is furnished with an L-shaped sofa (which converts to a pull out sofa bed for one), Smart LED TV, log burner, fireside tool set and giant velour beanbag

Open plan with the living/dining area, the kitchen is equipped with an electric fan assisted oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, plates, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, selection of knives, glasses, tea towels, iron and board, cleaning aides including bin liners, first aid kit, clothes horse, high chair.
Dining Area
Open plan with the living room and kitchen, the dining area has a large hand-crafted dining table with bench seating and three chairs

This spacious bedroom is upstairs and features a king size bed with high quality memory topped mattresses, a large wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a mirror and hairdryer

Situated upstairs this bedroom has two single beds also with high quality memory topped mattresses, a chest of drawers, a mirror, bedside tables and lamps

The bathroom is located upstairs and features a bathtub with luxury rain head shower over with a handheld shower attachment as well, a vanity unit, WC, bath and heated towel rail

Spacious and enclosed, the private garden is laid to lawn and is surrounded by established shrubs and trees, with a picnic bench for outdoor dining, a fire bowl, sun-loungers and hot tub
