Charmouth draws many visitors for good reason. As well as a stretch of beach popular with fossil hunters, there is a good range of local amenities. 2 miles south-west is ever-popular Lyme Regis, which is home to a famous 'Cobb' where you can take a boat trip or set off on foot around the picture-postcard streets lined with boutique shops, galleries, cafes and pubs. Those wishing to get active can hike up Golden Cap, where you will find stunning views, or plan a route along a section of the South West Coast Path. Ideally situated for touring, from here you can visit many attractions lining the Jurassic Coast in both Devon and Dorset.

There is no outdoor space due to the style of the property, however, there is an off-road parking space to the front of the property, and the beach and green spaces are within walking distance.
