Crawshay Court is located just behind the iconic green huts and palm trees of Langland Bay; a very popular beach with locals and visitors alike with lifeguards in summer months, shower facilities and tennis courts. It's the perfect beach for swimming, rock pooling and other non-motorized water sports. This charming apartment is within close walking distance of the beach, along with beach cafe; Surfside, or less formal ‘hole in the wall’ serving ice cream and take away chips, or for fine dining the sea food restaurant Langland Brasserie. Down a little lane, to the right of Langland Bay is Langland Bay Golf Club, a course that has been compared to Pebble Beach in California, with stunning coastal views from the course and a welcoming club house with bar and restaurant. Just a short distance away is the hustle and bustle of Mumbles, a village with independent and chain restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs in abundance, beautiful stretch of sandy bay and pier with activities and amenities for the whole family.
