With panoramic sea views, Crawshay Court is a two storey, modern holiday apartment situated on the golden sandy, Blue Flag bay of Langland. This apartment has been delightfully decorated, with ample soft seating, breakfast table and balcony – the spacious lounge has spectacular sea views and the well-equipped kitchen features dining table with chairs. Sleeping four in a king size bedroom with en suite shower room, and a flexible zip and link bedroom (twin single beds or a king size bed – please choose at time of booking), and separate family bathroom. This property is the perfect base for a holiday all year round with amenities for all seasons right on your doorstep.

Crawshay Court is located just behind the iconic green huts and palm trees of Langland Bay; a very popular beach with locals and visitors alike with lifeguards in summer months, shower facilities and tennis courts. It's the perfect beach for swimming, rock pooling and other non-motorized water sports. This charming apartment is within close walking distance of the beach, along with beach cafe; Surfside, or less formal ‘hole in the wall’ serving ice cream and take away chips, or for fine dining the sea food restaurant Langland Brasserie. Down a little lane, to the right of Langland Bay is Langland Bay Golf Club, a course that has been compared to Pebble Beach in California, with stunning coastal views from the course and a welcoming club house with bar and restaurant. Just a short distance away is the hustle and bustle of Mumbles, a village with independent and chain restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs in abundance, beautiful stretch of sandy bay and pier with activities and amenities for the whole family.

Second Floor

– Lounge: Three-seater and two-seater sofa’s, Smart TV, breakfast/dining table with bar chairs under window with sea views, further sea views from the balcony off the lounge.

Third Floor

– Bedroom 1: King size bed, large fitted wardrobes with drawers, dressing table, mirror and window seat with sea views from both windows. En Suite: Walk-in power shower, WC, basin unit and electric towel radiator.

– Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be converted into a king size bed upon request at time of booking) large fitted wardrobes with drawers and mirror.

– Bathroom: Spacious bathroom suite with corner bath, separate shower cubicle with power shower, WC, hand basin.
