Sitting Room is cosy and comfortable with sofa, two leather tub chairs, an electric wood burning stove in a red brick fireplace providing a warm glow if temperatures fall. There is a Smart TV/DVD, occasional tables and cupboards.

Kitchen has a tiled floor, modern fitted units, a quirky table with chairs – and is well equipped providing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave,dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment and a washer/dryer. Glazed french doors leading to the garden.

Bathroom tiled floor, gorgeous retro patterned wall tiles with shower over the bath, washbasin and w.c.
