From here, you can partake in water sports activities, including kayaking and windsurfing. Take a boat trip to Puffin Island, or see the sights by boat along the Menai Strait, from Beaumaris Pier (9 miles). If you fancy visiting some historic sites, the National Trust's Plas Newydd House is 11 miles away, while Penrhyn Castle and Garden is 15 miles from here.
