There is on street parking outside the property on a first come, first served basis and an allocated off road parking space outside the garage close by to the property.
The location offers easy access to the popular coastal locations of Lowestoft, Pakefield Beach and Gunton Warren, which are all within 5 miles, whilst the beaches at Southwold and Dunwich are a 19 mile trip away. Festival lovers will find the location of this property convenient for visiting the Latitude Festival held each year at Henham Park, 15 miles away, and keen walkers can enjoy waterside strolls on the doorstep at Oulton Broad, the River Waveney (1.5 miles) and the pretty Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve near Lowestoft. For bird watchers, RSPB Minsmere and National Trust Dunwich Heath bird reserve are both 20 miles and must see spots, while the city of Norwich with its famous cathedral is perfect for retail therapy, just 25 miles away.
