Spacious holiday home near Rye in Sussex that sleeps 12 and is pet friendly, the ideal retreat for group accommodation for families or friends. This six bedroom house has five bathrooms (4 en-suite) and is a short walk to independent shops, cafes and restaurants. There is off-road parking and WiFi.
Step through the front door and you ll be welcomed into the hallway, with space to hang coats and store shoes before turning left and heading through to the dining room with a large table that seats everyone perfect for those celebratory dinners together. From here head into the lounge which has comfy sofas, arranged the wood burning stove and a Smart TV with sound bar.
The kitchen is at the very heart of the home and is well equipped with everything you will need for creating delicious family meals and there is also a separate utility room with side access into the garden. A separate snug with a sofa and armchair offers a quiet spot for curling up with a good book, or for teenagers to get together around the Smart TV to play games on the Nintendo DS.
At the rear of the property is a large conservatory with multiple seating areas and which offers a fantastic place to gather everyone together, and the shuffleboard table will prove to be popular in keeping everyone entertained. The ground floor is completed with a separate WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find four bedrooms: A super king zip n link bedroom (that can be made into a twin on request) a king size room and two double bedrooms, all of which have a TV and an en suite shower room with WC.
A further set of stairs leads up to the second floor where you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with a TV and which share a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
