The village of Berrynarbor features quaint houses, a pub and tearooms. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with the golden sands and opportunities for water sports at Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton, all within 15 miles and Combe Martin Beach (1.5 miles) which is perfect for paddleboarding and seal spotting. Country and coastal walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, or drive 7.5 miles to the biking and hiking opportunities in the heart of Exmoor National Park. Alternatively, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (3.5 miles) are great days out for all ages and are within 5 miles.

When it’s time to rest, two delightful bedrooms – a double and a twin – are accessed from the lounge. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes the cottage.

Head down two external steps from the kitchen to reach a small stone patio furnished with a table, chairs, and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining while enjoying panoramic countryside views. There is also a small terrace with a bench and scenic outlook, ideal for a morning coffee or afternoon cuppa. Woodland paths begin just outside the front door, winding through the 2-acre site and offering opportunities to spot birds and wildlife, including the occasional deer. At the top of the steep drive, there is private parking for one car with plenty of turning space.
