A second floor, 1-bedroom, seaside apartment overlooking Rotherslade Bay – only moments from the beach. The apartment is comfortably furnished and benefits from a sheltered balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful sea views.

Rotherslade Bay nestles between Langland Bay and the coastal path and is a popular swimming spot for locals. The promenade has a popular cafe with steps leading down to the beach – a mix of rock pools, sand and pebbles. Limeslade Bay, Bracelet Bay and Mumbles Head are a pleasant stroll around the headland.

Kitchen: Electric hob with oven below, fridge and a microwave.

Bedroom: Double bedroom, bedside units and wardrobe.

Bathroom: Shower room has a shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

External: Sheltered balcony with patio furniture, landscaped communal garden.

Bed linen & towels are provided for the double bed only.

Sleeps 2: 1 Double, plus use of futon for a child on request
