Set right on the sea front in Beadnell, it is close to the village shop, and pubs/restaurants in the village, the property is ideal for couples, small groups of friends and families.

Bringing Your Dog on Holiay to Topcliffe

Topcliffe welcomes well behaved dogs (up to 2) @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. When you book you will be asked to provide some information about your pet which will aide the owner in ensuring that the property is set up to welcome them.

A bit of K9 etiquette should be observed during your stay:-

– Your pet should not be left in the property unattended (unless crated – crates can be hired)

– Your pet should not be allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture

– On booking for your pet, you are confirming that it is fully up to date on its flea treatment.

• Well behaved dogs (2) accepted @ charge of £25.00 per pet per week. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended in the property unless crated. (crates can be hired).

• If you are a larger group of up to 9, four guests can be accommodated in the adjacent property The Haven – sorry neither property accepts diving, stag or hen parties.
