Comfortable beachside cottage in Budleigh Salterton that's just a stone’s throw from the seafront and coastal path. The property sleeps four and features a private courtyard garden and modern well equipped kitchen and is located within easy reach of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
Comfortably furnished and with ample space for four guests, the cottage which is arranged over two floors, has two lovely bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs on the ground floor is a dining room, a modern well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy living room with access outside to the courtyard garden where you can enjoy a coffee before heading out to the beach.
The town also has a wide variety of shops, most of which are independently owned, as well as numerous places to eat out which range from beach-side cafes to restaurants, cafes and pubs.
Living Room
With access out to the courtyard, this room has a sofa and an armchair as well as a coffee table and Smart TV
This room is at the back of the cottage and is accessed up two steps
Kitchen
The separate kitchen has plenty of worktop space with appliances including an under-counter fridge (with ice box), electric hob, electric oven and grill, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine. Other items include an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner
A range of cookware, crockery, glasses and utensils are also provided
Dining
The dining room is furnished with a table and four chairs and is located to the front of the cottage at the entrance
Master bedroom
Situated on the first floor this room has a king size bed, side tables with lamps and a wardrobe
Bedroom Two
Located on the first floor, this room features twin beds bed (zip & link so can be joined to form a double on request) with side tables, lamps and a wardrobe
Bathroom
The family bathroom is located on the first floor and features a bath with handheld shower attachment, hand basin, mirror, WC and cabinet
Outside
The courtyard garden to the back of the cottage is accessed via doors from the living room and has a dining table and seating for four
Parking
This property does not have designated parking. Guests can opt to park in the local long stay 'pay and display' car park which is 110m away on High Street (a 5 minute walk away) but may pull up outside the cottage to unload bags.
While there is no parking on Queen Street itself, there is 2-hour parking on Rolle Rd and Cliff Terrace. A free car park is available near the Town Council building which is 500m away
