A large beach house with a pool that sleeps twelve 400 yards to Torcross Beach, Devon. Perfect for reunions with an indoor pool, games room, sea view terrace, big living spaces and a large garden. There are six bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a snug/TV room, a dining area to seat 12, a large sitting room with wood-burner and a conservatory. Plenty of parking for up to 5 cars.
Wander down to the beach, walk through the Slapton Ley bird sanctuary or go for a bracing cliff walk along the south west coastal path. Torcross is midway between Dartmouth and Kingsbridge, both well worth visiting and many of the local attractions, as well as the beaches and picturesque Dartmoor are easily accessible.

Modern en suite shower room with shower, hand basin and WC. Office with printer and Wi-Fi. Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Rear double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds.(foldaway cot available). Family bathroom with stand alone bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Stairs down to ground floor. Pool room with heated swimming pool and slide. Seating area with table and chairs, ab-coaster and exercise bike. Small shower room with hand basin and WC. Double bedroom with 4 poster bed and cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Poolside twin bedroom with two 3ft beds. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Door to large garage with parking and games area with table tennis table, dart board and table football.
Please Note: There is a stair lift for guests with mobility problems, but only available on request.

Front terrace over pool room with garden table and chairs to seat 12. Rear garden with patio area, plenty of lawn and thatched dining area with table and chairs to seat 8 (available from May to September) and gas barbecue.
Parking: Plenty of parking for up to 5 cars on driveway and garage.
