Follow the coastal path to Seahouses (3 miles) for boat trips to the Farne Islands, a round of golf or some fresh fish and chips, or drive to Holy Island (17 miles) for a magical day exploring Lindisfarne. Beadnell Bay (5.5 miles) is fantastic for water sports, while Alnwick Castle and Gardens (17.5 miles) and Berwick-upon-Tweed (19.5 miles) are great options for days out.
