The beauty of Avocet is not only it’s location but that it has it’s very own parking space as well. Just a short walk to all that Salcombe has to offer. From it’s beautiful coastal walks, to the boutique shops, art galleries and restaurants. With the passenger ferry to the beach just a stones from the property, Avocet is the perfect location for everyone.

Please note that whilst this property will sleep up to 6 people it is only suitable for a maximum of 5 adults within any group of 6.

Bedroom 1 with 5ft king bed, TV, estuary glimpses and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Decked terrace with table and chairs.
