In the bay window, the circular dining table is another draw, a lovely spot in which to linger over a meal as you look over the garden. The compact kitchen contains everything the chef of the holiday will need to create tasty meals, as well as that all-important coffee machine. You'll find both bedrooms on the first floor, tucked into the eaves and with skylight windows. They share a refreshing family shower room. The outside space comprises an enclosed garden with a bistro dining set, ready for al fresco meals in the fresh air. There's also a picnic bench on the small lawn by the front door, and ample private parking if you're bringing a car.

The popular village of Aberporth is just 1 mile away, while the excellent beaches of Dolwen and Dyffryn - ideal for swimming and surfing - are around 1.5 miles away. Explore the surrounding countryside or head out on the coast path - the 2-mile section from Aberporth to Tresaith is an easy stroll and has spectacular views.
