38 The Salcombe is a two bedroom waterside apartment located in the very heart of Salcombe with a large balcony that enjoys glorious panoramic views of the estuary and sandy beaches. There really are few spots in Salcombe that can boast such a view.    

The property has excellent facilities including a private parking space, access to the communal gardens, use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times – May to end of September. Strictly for guests of ‘The Salcombe’) The property also offers a mooring. (Please see terms) There is also a great choice of pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes, art galleries and the passenger ferry to popular sandy beaches all within a short stroll from the front door.
