24 The Salcombe, situated in one of the most sought after buildings in Salcombe is located in the very heart of the town within easy walking distance to a great selection of pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes, art galleries and the passenger ferry to popular sandy beaches. Both the lounge and bedroom have Juliet balconies with spectacular views of the Salcombe estuary – what better place to watch the comings and goings on the water.

The property has excellent facilities including a private parking space, access to the communal gardens, and use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times and strictly for use of guests of ‘The Salcombe’ only). 

Please note that this property may not be suitable for children. 

The pool is usually open from the first Friday in May until the last Saturday in September, from 8am until 6pm (8am – 8pm in July and August). The Salcombe Management withhold the right to make changes regarding pool access. There is no lifeguard – guests must sign a user agreement.
