This unique top floor holiday home is in the charming fishing village of Pittenweem, on Scotland's rugged east coast. The spacious retreat welcomes seven guests and suits both large families and groups of friends looking to explore this stunning stretch of the East Neuk coastline. A 0.5-mile stroll brings you to the village's picturesque harbour, backed by pastel-coloured cottages with distinctive crow-stepped gables. Pittenweem's narrow streets are lined with cafes, ice cream parlours, and, of course, seafood restaurants and a fish and chip shop. After a potter around the village, head to the small, sandy beach for a walk along the shoreline. For a longer hike, join the Fife Coastal Path. Further afield, enjoy a day trip to St Andrews (10 miles), or other picturesque villages such as Anstruther or Crail (both within 5 miles).

This former church offers a truly memorable backdrop to your holiday. Alongside period features – including stunning stained-glass windows – you'll find beautiful feature wallpapers, vibrant soft furnishings, and gorgeous seascapes adorning the walls. A tasteful nautical theme runs throughout the property, reminding you of the village's rich maritime heritage. Once inside, leave coats and boots in the entrance hall before moving upstairs to the inviting lounge with its sumptuous L-shaped sofa and cosy wood burner. Spend time here at the end of a busy day, reading a book or watching a film on the Smart TV. The first floor is also home to a charming kitchen with all the equipment needed for a self-catering getaway, along with a lovely breakfast table for informal dining or your morning coffee. For more formal get-togethers, sit down in the elegant dining hall with a wooden table to seat everyone. Four stunning bedrooms await, all with their own character and style. Choose from two king-size bedrooms (one with its own en-suite shower room), an inviting twin, or a charming single with a three-quarter-size bed. Rounding off the accommodation is a stylish, maritime-themed family bathroom and a separate shower room.

Outside, relax in the sunshine on the terrace with a sundowner or an al fresco dinner after a day exploring the coast. You'll also have secure storage for all your outdoor gear. Private parking is available for four cars.
