Clanacombe Lodge is nestled in the small hamlet of West Buckland, Nr Bantham. The property is steeped in history having been built back in the early 1800’s. Renovation work over the years now means the 4-bedroom spacious home is the perfect retreat for a relaxing Devon holiday. The lodge is sat just off a quiet country lane, yet only a short distance to the picturesque family friendly beach at Bantham. The garden provides plenty of freedom for children to run around and play whilst the adults can sit back in one of the two seating areas observing in comfort. A large private driveway can fit up to 5 cars with the bonus of an EV charger.

The house offers a large and stylish kitchen diner with the added luxury of a breakfast bar and comfortable sofas by the patio doors. The open plan layout is perfect for allowing everyone to have their own space whilst enjoying time together. A cosy snug allows a quiet space for reading and unwinding, with another lounge hiding around the corner from the dining area. In the colder months the wood burner can be lit to maximise the comfort this house gives.

Upstairs the feeling of space continues with 4 good sized bedrooms and views over the property’s garden. The ground floor is a great space to come into after a long day at the beach. There is a downstairs utility room, shower room and plenty of storage space to keep sandy shoes, beach bags and even a foosball table.

The days you feel like exploring could take you to several local beaches, all within 3 miles from the house! Busy towns of Kingsbridge or Salcombe are a short drive away, and with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice!
