On the far side of the burrows, you'll reach Saunton Sands (3 miles), the area's much-loved local beach. This idyllic 3-mile stretch of golden sand and sparkling sea is ideal for sunny days and offers some of the county's very best surfing conditions. If surfing isn't your bag, lace up your walking boots or hop on your bike to explore the Tarka Trail, a winding 180-mile, traffic-free route that showcases Devon's stunning coast and countryside, leading from Braunton to Barnstaple (5.5 miles) or Instow (11 miles).

Along the hallway, you'll find three bedrooms and a beautifully tiled shower room with a modern walk-in shower. A super-king-size bedroom, a king-size room and a twin comfortably accommodate six guests, each offering generous storage for unpacking and settling in.

When the weather is favourable, open up the patio doors to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The enclosed garden features decking and a spacious lawn, furnished with outdoor seating for making the most of sunny days. Off-road parking for two cars is available at the front of the property.
