With uninterrupted views of the sea across Mounts Bay to the Lizard, this light and comfortable property is the entire upper level of a detached house set back from the road leading into the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole, only 200 yards from the harbour and local amenities.

The village is less than five minutes walk with a selection of small shops, restaurants and pubs and directly opposite the cottage is a public footpath with steps leading down to the rockpools below with a stoney beach and children's sea water bathing pool revealed at low tide.

Newlyn and Marazion are only a short drive and can be reached by hoppa bus if preferred, and Penzance, 3 miles, is the gateway to the Isles of Scilly
