Salcombe is just a 15 minute drive away, with Hope Cove and Bantham easily accessible on foot via the coast path.

Farmhouse dining table seating six,  sideboard. Door to the front of the property.

First Floor
Master bedroom with king-size bed, dual-aspect windows, hanging hooks, chest of drawers.
 En suite shower room with shower cubicle, pedestal basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Second bedroom with 4ft 6inch Double bed, chest of drawers, ottoman and hanging hooks

Third bedroom with twin single beds (2ft 6inch and 2ft 9inch) and tall chest of drawers,  hanging hooks

Parking for 2 cars – one in the car park bay immediately adjacent to the garden gate and one in front of Number 3's garage.
