The cottage lies in a quiet spot just behind the high street in the historic village of Churchtown, with the popular Botanic Gardens just a short stroll away. This charming part of Southport also has a choice of several golf courses, with the town's lovely beach and pier also within easy reach (3.5 miles). To the west, the Marine Lake (2 miles) is home to the King's Gardens, Southport Model Railway Village and Princes Park. Nature lovers can explore the area by heading north to RSPB Marshside (1.5 miles) or inland to visit the wetlands at WWT Martin Mere (8 miles).

Entering this cheery property, you will be greeted by a welcoming porch which takes you through into the warm and colourful lounge. The cosy lounge is a relaxing space to unwind in, with plush seating, a Smart TV and wooden ceiling beams. Heading through, the light and inviting kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of storage and workspace and a handy breakfast bar. When it's time to turn in for the night, head upstairs to the first floor where you will have a choice of two snug, fresh and peaceful bedrooms: a pretty double and a lovely twin, each with wooden beams set in the low sloping ceilings. The accommodation is rounded off with a stylish shower room.

Stepping outside, the large garden is fully enclosed by an impressive old brick wall, with a patio, lawn and ample outdoor furniture, making a great spot for children to run around and for you to enjoy a BBQ on a sunny afternoon. Off-road parking is available for one car.
