Cromer is a perfect stop along the idyllic Norfolk Coast Path, leading to the tranquil beaches at Weybourne, Sheringham and Mundesley, all within 8 miles. Other local landmarks include the Muckleburgh Military Collection, Baconsthorpe Castle and Felbrigg Hall and Gardens, all within 9 miles.

The ground floor also has a handy boot room and a cloakroom/WC. Heading upstairs, the first floor features a refreshing bathroom and the first three of the property’s four bright and cosy bedrooms: a charming single with sea views, a lovely bunk bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a stylish king-size room with a TV, armchairs and views out to sea. Stairs then lead up and into the final bedroom, which occupies the second floor – a snug king-size room with a TV, low sloping ceilings, an en-suite shower room and tranquil sea views.
Stepping outside, the front garden is coastal-themed with shingle and a handy bench. The back garden has further shingle and a large decked area with outdoor furniture, offering a peaceful spot for dining alfresco on a sunny summer afternoon. Private parking is available for two cars on the drive at the rear of the property.
