You'll find pubs and shops within 0.5 miles and plenty to explore nearby. The renowned Royal North Devon Golf Course (1 mile) will appeal if you're here for the golf, while Westward Ho! Beach and the quaint fishing village of Appledore are both only around 2 miles away. Northam Country Park is fabulous close by for peaceful walks, and Instow's sandy shores are just a short drive (4 miles) – or you can take the bikes and the local ferry across (2.5 miles) for a leisurely adventure.

On the left, the inviting lounge-diner features plush sofas, a large Smart TV and a fireplace with a toasty wood burner to keep you warm in the evenings.
