Welcome to Trotters, a lovely, semi-detached barn conversion located on the edge of Mount Hawke village near St Agnes and Porthtowan in north Cornwall.

This very comfortable, three-bedroom property is set out over reverse level accommodation and boasts high ceilings, beams and wooden floors to the open plan living space on the first floor with well-laid out bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor.

The village of Mount Hawke has a wonderful (licenced) community cafe showcasing wood-fired evening and lunchtime meals, and there is also a well stocked convenience store and a skateboard park!

The blue flag beach at Porthtowan is less than 2 miles away by road or a steady half-hour's walk by footpath. St Agnes and Chapel Porth are 4 miles and can be reached within a short fifteen-minute drive. Just 8 miles from Trotters are the dog-friendly golden sands at Perranporth beach.

For the keen cyclists in the family, the Coast to Coast bicycle trail at Bissoe (6 miles) has 18kms of trail that runs from Portreath on the Atlantic coast to Devoran on the south coast.

Access to the A30 for further exploring Cornwall is just a few minutes away by car.
