Have a snack at the farmhouse-style dining table or the breakfast bar; for more formal meals, there's a dining room with a long table. Challenge your group to darts or pool, take a book to the reading nook on the first floor, or relax in the lounge, with its wood burner and bar, or the snug, where you can pick out a tune on the piano. On the first floor, five bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, comprise three super-king-size (one can be a twin on request), a king-size and a children's room with three single beds. They're complemented by a family bathroom. On the top level, the family bedroom and king-size bedroom boast en-suites, too. The annexe cottage is reached via the courtyard and a set of external steps. Its reverse-level design means the two bedrooms (one is en-suite) and shower room are on the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find the open-plan living space, with its spacious kitchen, dining table and comfortable seating. The private courtyard offers the opportunity to relax in the sunshine, soak in the hot tub or enjoy a treat cooked on the BBQ.
