It's got space for four guests over its two bedrooms, making it ideal for couples or families seeking a coastal holiday in pretty Suffolk.

You'll enter into the cosy living room, a gorgeous space with solid oak flooring and a lovely old fireplace housing a wood burner. Relax with a glass of wine and a film in the evenings, or head to the separate snug for a quiet moment to yourself. The characterful kitchen is ready for every culinary plan, and the adjoining sunlit conservatory presents the ideal spot for tucking into homecooked fare. From here, patio doors lead to a spacious enclosed rear garden with a decked area and seating. A charcoal BBQ sets you up for al fresco sizzle fests.

There's a children's play park opposite the cottage which is handy if you've got little ones in your party, a new deli cafe and a seaside shop. You'll find pubs and shops within 300 metres as well as a fish and chip shop for a savoury treat. Children will love a trip to Africa Alive Zoological Reserve 1.5 miles away, or you can head to Lowestoft (5 miles) with its charming shops, restaurants, theatre and beaches. Head to the Norfolk Broads (5.5 miles) for kayaking and rowing or take a day trip to Southwold (9 miles), renowned for its iconic pier, promenade and colourful beach huts.
