Located in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea and just 1.5 miles from the beach, spend the day at the picturesque harbour, going crabbing by the water’s edge, or enjoy the shops, pubs and restaurants in town. When you're ready to come home, a peaceful garden awaits, with a perfect spot to dine alfresco in the summer months.

This property has stylish, neutral interiors with lots of little coastal touches, reminding you of your proximity to the sea. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm with glossy units and a stylish dining table in the corner, while a bright and airy lounge offers a comfortable place to relax in after a long day. Upstairs, a spacious landing welcomes you to sink into the armchair by the window to take a few minutes for yourself before heading to bed. Holt (12 miles) is known for its great independent shopping opportunities, and the country park is ideal for walkies if you brought your dog. Catch glimpses of rare birds at Cley Marshes and Titchwell Marsh (11.5 miles) or lend a hand on the farm at Snettisham Park (17.5 miles).
