The open-plan ground floor is fabulous, with a smartly decorated lounge/dining area equipped with a pair of sofas and a Smart TV with Netflix, a dining table for four and wall art by a local glass artist. This space flows, via a large arch, to the kitchen, fitted with all the appliances you'll need to create delicious dishes. It even has a DAB radio and voice-controlled Echo Dot speaker to entertain the cook, plus a Nespresso machine for that all-important morning coffee. When you're ready for a good night's sleep, the two bedrooms – a king-size and a twin – are on the first floor. They're decorated in pretty, pastel colours and have really comfortable mattresses, plus soft carpets and lighting. They share a handsome bathroom with a refreshingly powerful shower over the bath. There's lockable storage space for outdoor gear in the garage, and an enclosed courtyard where you can dine al fresco while enjoying the fresh air and glimpses of the estuary.
