This 2-bedroom duplex apartment is presented over the first and second floor of a Victorian house. Light and bright and recently refurbished it is located close to the family friendly beaches of Rotherslade and Langland Bay. The heart of Mumbles with its many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and ice cream parlours is less than a five minute walk. Underhill Park is easily accessed and has several football pitches and a children’s play area.
