This delightful 2-bedroom, pet friendly fisherman’s cottage sits in an elevated position in the old village with spectacular views over Swansea Bay. The cottage, which is comfortably appointed throughout, benefits from being in a quiet location, whilst the seafront and the amenities of Mumbles are only minutes away.

Reception/Dining Area: Table and chairs for 4, 2 x sofas, wood burner, TV/DVD/Video player and portable CD player.

Kitchen: Gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and basin.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: Standard double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV and views across Swansea Bay with a roof terrace.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds and wardrobe with drawers.

External: A long narrow garden leads to a deck with breath-taking views over the bay. Garden furniture provided. There is also a large first floor terrace with sea views and rattan furniture (off main bedroom).

Sleeps 4: 1 standard double, 1 Twin

Although this road has areas of unrestricted parking they can be in short supply at certain times..
