The Principality Stadium, St David’s Hall, Cardiff’s music venues, Cardiff Castle and the bus and train stations are all on your doorstep. There is a parking permit for one car outside the front door. Drws Nesaf is a self-contained end-link property with the benefit of a quiet rear garden-ideally situated for a visit to Cardiff.

– The property is accessed from street level.

– There are no bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs.

– As you enter hallway from lounge there is a 25mm step down to the kitchen level.

– From kitchen to Utility room there a further four steps.

– All bedrooms are on first floor access via stairs only.
