This hallway is an ideal place to store your beach equipment, coats etc., or let children play.

Upstairs to: the bedrooms are spacious with stripped floors and rugs and a chair, Bedroom 1: King size oak bedstead with matching bedside tables, chest of drawers and hanging rail, pretty window overlooking the street. Bedroom 2. Is similar with a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with chest of drawers and hanging rail.

Family bathroom, very modern with bath and over bath shower, WC, twin wash basins.

Upstairs to: spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area offering some excellent space to relax, cook and dine. Very well equipped kitchen consisting of halogen hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Cafe Gusto coffee machine, butchers block with space to prepare your meals. There is a dining table and chairs. The sitting area has a leather sofa and chairs, TV with Freeview, DVD player iPod/docking station and Wi-Fi

Facilities: Parking permit for one vehicle is provided, bedlinen and towels provided and welcome pack. Also highchair and travel cot available. Stairgate on top floor only.
