A comfortable, modern ground floor apartment which has been finished to a high standard. All of St Ives’ shops, bars, restaurants and galleries are all an easy stroll away from your front door. Simply perfect for a relaxing and pleasurable break away.

The attractive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Smart TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and a TV the other with 3ft bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a communal courtyard with seating to enjoy an evening tipple.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
