Stairs lead from the Lounge to the first floor with two bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and a twin room with 2 x 3ft single beds. The Bathroom has a bath with hand held shower on taps, wc and wash basin. Also on this floor is a Kid’s Den with seating and TV. Stairs to second floor leading to two further bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and one with a double bed. Wet room with shower, wc and wash basin and door leading to an attractive roof terrace with furniture.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 medium-sized dog accepted all year round, £25 per week.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
