Spend evenings relaxing in the impressive lounge, with wood panelling and a flame effect gas stove, having drinks, playing games, and watching the Smart TV or a movie. Cooking is a joy in the stylish and contemporary kitchen, with a dining table for sociable meals. Relax in the conservatory, watch the birds in the garden, read a good book or doze off. There are French doors from the lounge and conservatory to the garden and there's also a cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are two good-sized bedrooms, a pretty king in relaxing hues for a great night's sleep with lots of storage, and a cute twin room with a nautical theme. The bright, colourful bathroom has a P-shaped bath for indulgent soaks. Enjoy your private space in the enclosed garden, have drinks on the patio, light the BBQ and dine al fresco.

Filey Bay (0.5 miles) is 5-miles of beautiful sands, much of which your canines are free to explore, with walks in both directions; the Cleveland Way National Trail and the Yorkshire Wolds Way end in Filey. Try some water sports during your stay, you can go kayaking, paddleboarding and sailing with local schools in the bay. For family fun, there's crazy golf, trampolines, and a boating lake at Glen Gardens (0.5 miles).
