Porthcothan Beach is just 2.5 miles away and is dog-friendly for those visiting with canine company. So many visitors will adore a trip to the seaside town of Newquay (10.5 miles), a famed surfing town with an annual beach-front music festival, its own zoo and plenty more traditional seaside sights.
