Boasting far-reaching views of the sand dunes and sea from the balcony, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to take in the fresh coastal air. There’s also a large decked BBQ area and beach hut stocked with outdoor games.

This charming holiday cottage is a welcoming retreat, with a sociable open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, flooded with light from several windows and patio doors. Get cosy by the wood burner in the lounge space or rustle up home-cooked delights in the well-equipped kitchen, which also features a large dining table. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite Jack and Jill shower room. Upstairs, you’ll find two more spacious bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with Smart TVs, and a shower room. Enjoy the stunning seascape views from the double bedroom’s private, decked balcony, or make the most of the landscaped outdoor space with its large decked area, patio furniture and selection of outdoor games and surfboard rack.

Keen walkers will be spoilt for choice here, with excellent hikes along the coastline to Baggy Point, and the pretty village of Croyde just 0.5 miles away. Take a stroll and admire the thatched cottages, or sample a delicious Devon cream tea in one of the cafes. The village also has a range of restaurants, pubs and shops, including surf stores where you can hire wetsuits, surfboards, canoes and other water sports essentials.
