The Granary Llanon

The Granary is a wonderful, converted granary situated on a rural smallholding in beautiful countryside near Llanon, Ceredigion.

With its own private enclosed garden, the smallholding sits within seven acres and comprises a pond of around one acre, an orchard, woodland, open fields, and a babbling brook that runs right through the middle. A bridleway runs alongside the smallholding, providing easy access for walking and horse riding, making it perfect for those who love spending time outdoors.

Llanon is a friendly coastal village with a lovely pebble and sand beach, ideal for peaceful seaside walks and watching the sunset over Cardigan Bay. The Ceredigion Coast Path runs close by, offering miles of scenic walking with sweeping sea views and the chance to spot dolphins and seabirds along the way. The village also has a useful local shop, café, and pub, giving you everything you need for a relaxed stay.

Just a short drive north is the colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron, well known for its pretty pastel houses and attractive waterfront. Here you'll find independent shops, welcoming cafés, award-winning restaurants, and regular events throughout the year. It's a great place to enjoy fish and chips by the harbour, browse local boutiques, or simply sit and watch the boats come and go.

Just a short drive south of Llanon lies the charming seaside town of New Quay, a favourite destination for visitors to Ceredigion. New Quay is famous for dolphin spotting tours, offering an excellent chance to see bottlenose dolphins. The town also has a range of cafés, restaurants, and local shops, as well as several beautiful sandy beaches perfect for swimming, paddling, or simply enjoying a day by the sea. With its mix of coastal charm, wildlife experiences, and scenic views over Cardigan Bay, New Quay makes a perfect day trip from the Granary

DOWNSTAIRS 
Living room: 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, 32" Freeview TV, dining table with 4 chairs, coffee table, views of the orchard and outside games area
Kitchen: electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge

OUTSIDE
Enclosed lawned garden with table, benches, outside sofa and BBQ. Grass games area with football goal and badminton net, small lake and orchard. We are a working smallholding and have ducks wandering around, we also have ponies, quails and cats. Please ensure children are supervised at all times and that dogs are kept on a lead when not in the enclosed garden. Private parking.
