Set in a quiet leafy cul de sac, just up the hill from the beautiful sandy beaches of Sandbanks and the sunsets of Poole Harbour, lies Oliveto, a stunning, large luxury house, fully refurbished from top to bottom, with swimming pool, gym, sauna and immaculate front & rear gardens.

Behind the large electric gates, you are greeted by a sweeping driveway with parking for multiple vehicles and pristine lawns leading to Oliveto. An imposing, exclusive contemporary house welcomes you, and your holiday begins.

Indoors, there are high-specification fixtures, fittings and furnishings as well as underfloor heating throughout. The spectacular open-plan kitchen and living space, overlooking the pool, provides a stunning, sociable space for entertaining with friends and family, while two further reception rooms, five luxurious bedrooms and four bathrooms offer ample space and solace for large groups.

Oliveto’s grounds and gardens are equally impressive. Enjoy sun-drenched barbecues and refreshing swims in the heated pool by day, and as the temperature drops, escape to the sauna or enjoy sundowners sat around the outdoor feature fireplace.

Stairs leading to the first floor, the master suite is a masterpiece and would not be out of place on the top floor of a high-end London Hotel, with a vast super king bed, lounge area, dressing room, enormous ensuite bathroom with full size bath, shower and his-and-her sinks.

At the opposite end of the house is the second master, again ensuite with a fabulous circular bath. A stunning, pretty, stylish room.

Two further bedrooms share a large family bathroom with bath shower and twin sinks - Bedroom One is a stylish super king, and Bedroom Two is a kids’ heaven! This room houses two substantial bespoke built-in bunk beds, doubles at the bottom and singles on top with a small staircase in between. A sleepover paradise!

All bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gardens.

Bathrooms are marble, flooring is wood-effect porcelain tiling with sumptuous rugs throughout.

Upstairs one more floor to the attic suite – a super king bedroom with ensuite shower and stunning views across the gardens and pool. This suite also has the benefit of air conditioning.
