The seaside town of Westward Ho! is a popular holiday destination, offering a range of family entertainments, a golf course, access to the South West Coast Path and there are some lovely walks across the Burrows. Bring your buckets and spades and enjoy family days on the two miles of long sandy beach, or why not try your hand at surfing. The charming fishing village of Appledore is 3 miles, with its picturesque quayside, array of restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and galleries. The surrounding area is home to a plethora of renowned beaches and attractions, such as Instow (5 miles), Saunton Sands (19 miles), Woolacombe (25 miles), The Big Sheep (2.5 miles), The Milky Way (9.5 miles), the historic cobbled streets of Clovelly (12 miles), Lundy Island, and many more.

Enter through a gated entrance and along a path to the front door of this impressive apartment. Step into the ground floor entrance hall which is a perfect place for storing sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here head upstairs to the first-floor landing which leads to four of the immaculate bedrooms. There is a master king-size bedroom with a Juliet balcony with sliding doors, Smart TV and an en-suite shower room, a king-size bedroom with French doors opening onto the balcony, a further king-size bedroom, and a bunk bedroom. Completing this floor is a lounge with a 50" Smart TV and large glass sliding doors that open onto a balcony with two reclining chairs. Head up a second flight of stairs to the second floor where you are greeted by a spacious open-plan lounge/diner, which is made for relaxing with family and friends, with comfy seating and a 55" Smart TV. On warm sunny days open the large sliding glass doors to the second balcony with sea views, making the space even larger. From the dining area sliding doors open to the contemporary and stylish kitchen which has all the facilities you will need to cook a lazy breakfast or a delicious feast. There is also a useful utility room. You will also find the fifth bedroom on this floor a bunk room. The snug/lounge boasts sea views and French doors opening onto the balcony and can be set up as the sixth bedroom, a double bedroom which is made up on request (at the time of booking). The bed can be hidden in a 'sideboard', so when not requested this room will be treated as a snug/lounge. Completing this floor is a cloakroom with a WC.

As well as being able to enjoy the apartments two balconies there is also an enclosed courtyard garden. Here you will find a table and chairs, which makes a lovely spot for your morning coffee, some al fresco dining, or enjoy some summertime sunbathing on the sun loungers.
