For walkers, there is direct access from here to the coastal path taking you through the different local habitats and the stone ruins of old wheelhouses. Hire a bike and cycle the 'mining trails' close to Portreath’s various woods or along the Coast to Coast trail to Devoran (8.5 miles). Take a drive along the picturesque coast and visit Godrevy Lighthouse (10 miles), Hayle (10 miles) and the popular fishing harbour town of St Ives (17 miles).

Step inside to the light and welcoming lounge/diner, and laze on one of the comfortable sofas whilst watching the Smart TV with the wood burner crackling in the background.
