Hartland Holiday Haven

This delightful barn sits in a small hamlet on the border of Devon and Cornwall. The North Devon village of Hartland is two miles away offering shops, three good pubs and a coffee shop. There are many local attractions to suit all the family including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, North Devon Aqua/Wake Park, Hartland Quay, Hartland Point, Hartland Abbey, and Clovelly; the area has also been the location for numerous television dramas and films. This barn is situated just two miles from the Atlantic coast and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, under two miles from the South West Coast path. A favourite local walk will take you straight from the barn down idyllic country lanes past Docton Mill Gardens & Tearooms to the stunning coastline of Speke's Mouth with its beautiful waterfall, dramatic cliffs, and small coves.

Stepping inside this spacious barn you immediately feel warm and cosy with the exposed beams, limestone flooring with toasty underfloor heating, a fireplace with a wood burner, TV/DVD, and cosy seating beckon you to relax and unwind. Open the bi-fold doors that overlook the patio and let the outside in. Heading on to the well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, plus a wall mounted Smart TV and a large dining table making mealtimes a breeze. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with heated towel rails and WC. Heading upstairs to the sleeping accommodation you will find three bedrooms, two having a king-size bed and a TV. The third bedroom is a twin with a Velux window and TV. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a freestanding bath, heated towel rail, and WC.

Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden ideal for relaxing in the sunshine. The patio area has garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. There is allocated parking for three cars.
