Centrally placed on the lively Margate seafront, this beautiful Victorian property is the perfectly positioned to explore the beautiful coastline which is home to 16 sandy beaches including Viking Bay and Joss Bay. The coastline can be explored on foot or by bicycle via the Viking coastal path. The house is just a few steps from Margate Beach and the Dreamland Theme Park where there is endless entertainment for young and old alike, while the bohemian shops, cafes and local art galleries of Margate Old Town and bars are on the doorstep. Within 30 miles there are several castles, stately homes and gardens, as well as Canterbury Cathedral to explore. The property has good links to London and is ideally located 0.5 mile from the train station.

On the ground floor, an entrance area welcomes you into this property and leads through to a traditional Victorian hallway before heading through into the light and bright kitchen/diner. This sociable area is a great space for entertaining with a well-equipped kitchen that offers an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Whilst dinner is being prepared guests enjoy chatting with a glass of something cold at the breakfast bar with stools, or enjoying the sea views on the window seat, and then gather everyone together around the large dining table. The dining area also offers a Smart TV and a bookcase with a selection of books and boardgames so the fun can continue long into the evening. Stairs from the main hallway lead down to the lower ground floor where there are the first of the bedrooms: a double and a twin. These rooms both share a bathroom which enjoys a bath, walk-in shower and WC. A door from the lower ground floor hallway leads out into your own private courtyard where you will find two original preserved Victorian arches with a bistro table and chairs. There is also a utility cupboard with a washing machine and tumble drier. Heading back upstairs and then up to the first floor you will find the welcoming lounge which enjoys spectacular panoramic sea views. A window seat offers the perfect spot for curling up with a good book and children will love watching the local boats sail past. This sociable family space also has two comfortable sofas and armchairs to ensure everyone can gather around the Smart TV and catch up on their favourite programmes. The first floor is completed with a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. A further set of stairs takes you up to the second floor where there are two bedrooms: a twin bedroom and a super-king bedroom with a window seat with stunning sea views, both rooms have an en-suite shower room.

A door from the main hallway leads you out to a fully enclosed courtyard area where there is patio seating and a charcoal BBQ for enjoying relaxed outside dining. A car park is located directly outside the house (charges apply).
