The enclosed patio is located at the front of the property to catch the morning sun while you enjoy breakfast among the colourful plants at the large outdoor dining table. The interior is filled with character and in a reversed layout with the bright and lovingly styled bedrooms all found on the ground floor as well as a tasteful separate bathroom. The master of the two king-size bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, and French doors to the patio – ideal for letting the morning breeze drift in. The entire upstairs floor is dedicated to a gorgeous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, featuring a central kitchen island and is great for entertaining. The sheer scale of this shared area, as well as the grand sofa, balcony and coastal touches, means it feels like your own personal seaside resort.

Golf enthusiasts can visit the North Devon Golf Club, or dog walkers may pass it on the way to North Burrows Country Park, both found within the limits of Westward Ho! The sandy beach itself is also within walking distance. For a day further afield, families are sure to love a boat trip to Lundy Island for wildlife spotting – boats leave regularly in the summer 4 miles away from Bideford.
