Inside a spacious and well-equipped open plan living area with stunning kitchen, dining area and a living room opens onto a furnished balcony with amazing views over the sea and Jurassic coastline. Three bedrooms include a super king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite, a king-size room and a twin room with an extra trundle bed, served by a family shower room. Access to penthouse via a passenger lift or stairs. Two allocated secure off-road parking spaces are also provided.
Lyme Regis' sheltered south-facing beaches are safe for both children and water sport enthusiasts, with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour. It has a fantastic food and music scene and is often used as a prime filming location. Lyme Regis lies on the UNESCO Jurassic Coast, famous for fossil hunters worldwide, its natural and architectural beauty and the South West Coast Path, which offers wonderful scenic walks.
There are also vast amounts of festivals and events happening in the town throughout the year. Some of the bigger ones include the jazz and folk festivals, Food Rocks, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, and Lifeboat Week which offers a week of fun, games, music and displays for all the family. Of course, there are also loads of smaller events happening as well!
