An idyllic cottage with a hot tub that sleeps eight just outside Bude in Cornwall (capacity for 2 extra in annexe on request). Inside, three reception rooms, one with a wood-burner and a study provide relaxing refuges. A magnificent kitchen/diner fitted with double ovens, hobs, large fridge/freezers and all mod cons offers the perfect hub. There's also a downstairs shower room and delightful conservatory. Upstairs four gorgeous bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite and views over Bude Marshes, then a king-size with an en-suite, and two twins serviced by a family bathroom. Outside a patio and garden entertains with a hot tub, table tennis, a BBQ, a lawn, an outdoor shower and a pond. Within easy reach of beach and town along the canal path or by car. Ample off-road parking with electric charging.
