A pet friendly holiday home that sleeps ten in St. Ives, Cornwall. Within walking distance of the town's best beaches and restaurants this luxury getaway has a flexible layout perfect for adapting to couples and kids. Thanks to a recent refurbishment it combines old charm with practical mod cons to create the perfect holiday home. Outside, there are three outdoor areas, namely two courtyards and a secluded sun-trap with a newly installed hot tub. There is a reserved parking space a 5 minute drive away and additional parking is available in local car parks.
A fully fitted kitchen and separate utility means the house is a perfect for entertaining in, and on warm days the private roof terrace is ideal for drinks in the sunshine or summery evening gatherings. Four elegant bedrooms, all with sumptuous linen and soft furnishings, create quiet spaces to retreat to after days spent exploring the coast, and the spacious new master en-suite with large rainfall shower and a free-standing bath, is a gorgeous sanctuary for couples or parents in need of their own privacy. (Additional sleeping for two can be found in the main living room where one of the sofas converts to a high quality double bed)
Centrally located, there are art galleries and boutique shops mere metres from the front door, and guests with dogs in tow have *St Ives Harbour Beach just two minutes walk away. Further along is the lesser-known but blissfully dog-friendly *Bamaluz Beach; which is frequented mainly by locals and is a great space for four legged companions to stretch their legs.

Located on the landing at the top of the stairs on the second floor (no entrance / door). This room has an adjoining door to Bedroom Three and is furnished with two single beds, bedside lamps, dressing table and a Smart TV

Located on the first floor the family bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, a wash hand basin, cabinet and heated towel rail (please note that this bathroom does not have a toilet)
There is a toilet and sink located across the hall though

The house has three outdoor areas
There are two small enclosed gravel courtyards located on the ground floor. One is accessed via the kitchen and one just past the surf shower room. Ideal for letting the dog out or for hanging wet suits to dry after the beach.
A secluded suntrap private terrace accessed via the master bedroom is furnished with four deck chairs and a newly installed hot tub.
Parking
Guests have use of a private parking space at St Ives Rugby Club, a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the property. For additional cars, parking is available in several local car parks.
Station Car Park which is a 3 minute walk from the property is the closest (local charges apply). Weekly permits can be bought (for cars only) through Pay By Mobile app, which permit parking in Station, Barnoon Long Stay, Island, Park Avenue and Penwith.
